Join us in San Antonio on Tuesday, August 27th, 11:30AM-1PM @ San Antonio Country Club. Our featured speaker will be Corinna Holt Richter, President and Chief Administrative Officer at HOLT CAT. This event is being sponsored by Calvetti Ferguson.

Now until 12Noon on Wed. August 21st: ACG Member Rate @ $50./Non-Member Rate @ $85. Late Registration Rates begin @ 12:01PM on Wed. August 21st thru 5PM on Mon. August 26th (or until we sell out): ACG Member Rate @ $60./Non-Member Rate @ $95.

Location: San Antonio Country Club at 4100 N. New Braunfels Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78209. Valet parking is available on site and FREE to our lunch attendees; enter on Burr Road.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by 5PM on Wednesday, August 21st will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5PM on Wed. August 21st.  

ACG Austin/San Antonio reserves the right to fill open seats at the event venues once the networking period has passed and the official event programming has begun. In rare instances this could mean that registered attendees arriving late will not have a seat readily available upon their arrival. In these instances ACG Austin/San Antonio will work to accommodate the attendee, and if not able to do so to the attendee's satisfaction, ACG Austin/San Antonio will refund their registration fee.

Your registration for this event acts as an audio/video release and includes your permission for ACG Austin/San Antonio to use your image and comments captured on audio, video or photographic formats while attending the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

Corinna Holt Richter

HOLT CAT

President & Chief Administrative Officer

Corinna leads the administrative and support divisions at HOLT, including human resources, safety and environmental, information technology, organizational development, facilities management, continuous improvement, legal, marketing and strategy.

Corinna is the great-great granddaughter of Benjamin Holt, who introduced the first practical track type tractor in 1904, which he named the Caterpillar®. She represents the fifth generation of the Holt family business and is proud to carry the distinguished Holt legacy of service and innovation into the 21st century.

Corinna joined HOLT CAT in 2011 as a trainee in HOLT’s Leadership Training Program. In 2012, after completing a comprehensive rotation through every department in the company, she served in various Product Support management roles. In 2016, she was named Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, before taking on her current role as co-owner of HOLT CAT and as President of the company.

Corinna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.

She is an active leader in the San Antonio community, serving on the Board of Managers for Spurs Sports and Entertainment, San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, San Antonio Art Museum Board of Directors and the Christus Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital Foundation Board, along with the Boards for Girls Inc., the McNay, the Texas Biomedical Forum, and the Brackenridge Park Conservancy. Corinna is also involved in United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County.

Corinna and her husband, J.B., have two young children and live in San Antonio.
