Brett Brown, Panelist

Brett Brown is managing member of his family’s Single Family Office focusing on pursuing positive change through innovation and investment in Technology, Oil & Gas, Minerals, Water, Real Estate, Ranching, Farming, Healthcare, and Private Equity. Brett has been a key speaker/panelist at numerous family office conferences and continues to provide support for other families in generational transition.

Outside of his family office duties, Mr. Brown is founder & Managing Partner of Double Jump Capital, an active royalty fund focused on pre-release video game investing.  Brett previously was a founder and Managing Director at Xsolla Capital, Investment Advisor at Xsolla, and an Advisor to a SaaS data visualization firm.  Preceding his west coast experience, Mr. Brown was Senior Vice President at a $900 million Private Equity firm; General Manager for a $25+ billion Bermuda based contrarian focused hedge fund and enjoyed over 15 years of experience at several trillion-dollar AUM mutual fund giants.

Mr. Brown holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Lehigh University, and a master’s degree (MBA) in finance and management strategy from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.  Brett is an active start-up mentor/advisor and participates in several non-profit boards.  Brett is also a former Division 1 football player and Eagle Scout.
