Michael Lundberg

Michael Lundberg is a partner in the Los Angeles audit practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP with over 17 years of experience, focused on serving the technology and life sciences industries, including software, robotics, artificial intelligence, new media, interactive gaming, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Throughout his career with Deloitte & Touche, Michael has primarily served high-growth, venture-backed companies and has worked on several successful initial public offerings and other security offerings. His clients have ranged from start-ups to multi-billion dollar companies. Michael has broad experience managing complex audit engagements and has a deep understanding of the technical accounting matters related to his industry, and is accredited in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the California State University, Northridge, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
