Maier Rosenberg, Moderator

With more than 30 years of experience providing business advisory, accounting, and auditing services to privately held and public companies in the emerging and middle markets, Maier Rosenberg leads CohnReznick's Manufacturing and Distribution and Financial Services Industry practices in the Firm's Southern California offices. He advises a number of companies in these industries on performance, compliance, and accounting issues. Maier is also a member of CohnReznick’s Private Equity and Venture Capital practices where he helps clients in areas that include target identification and analysis, financial due diligence, pre/post-merger integration, and operational consulting.

Mike Alfred, President, Crissair Inc.

Mr. Alfred became President of Crissair Inc. in June of 2012. He has full P&L responsibility for the Company as well as planning and executing multi-faceted business development campaigns designed to improve market share, gross revenue and EBIT. Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Alfred was Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at PTI Technologies Inc. (an Esco Technologies company). Mr. Alfred has over 25 years of general and financial management experience working in the Aerospace and Industrial industries both domestically and internationally. Mr. Alfred also has extensive background in S.E.C. compliance, M&A due diligence and General & Operations Management. Mr. Alfred is a CMA and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from Michigan State University.

 

Shabir Rahim, Director of Corporate Finance, Aerovironment

As the Director of Corporate Finance, Mr. Rahim reports directly to the CFO and oversees financial planning & analysis for AeroVironment, Inc., provides guidance and assessment of business value on strategic inorganic growth opportunities, and spearheads the company’s capital allocation strategy, including recommendations for the use of cash. Prior to his current role, Shabir led all aspects of operational finance and business strategy for two high growth business units at AeroVironment, Inc. Mr. Rahim has over 15 years of general and financial management experience working in the Aerospace and Industrial industries. Mr. Rahim also has extensive background in M&A due diligence, private equity investments, and operations management. Mr. Rahim holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business as well as a MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the USC Viterbi School of Engineering.

 

Catherine Whittington Illingsworth, Chief Marketing Officer, Whittinghill Aerospace

Ms. Whittinghill Illingworth has served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Whittinghill Aerospace since 2014. Whittinghill Aerospace is focused on the development of reusable rockets, launch vehicles and other apparatus to successfully launch satellites into space, returning their launch vehicles to earth for reuse in subsequent launches. Whittinghill Aerospace is partnered with several space agencies and private companies here in the US and around the galaxy. Ms. Whittinghill Illingworth and has served Whittinghill Aerospace in numerous capacities over the past decade. She oversees strategic growth strategy and strategic partnership and program development for the company. She holds a graduate degree in Medieval Theology from Yale and is currently pursuing a PhD in UCLA’s Department of Comparative Literature.
