Katy Booth is the Director of Financial Operations and Boston market leader for Bridgepoint Consulting. She joined Bridgepoint in Austin, TX in 2018 as a member of the Systems Integration practice and spent 3 years leading NetSuite implementations across a variety of industries. In 2022 Katy relocated to Boston, MA to spearhead BPC’s expansion into New England. In Boston Katy and the BPC team work with C-suite executives to execute strategic finance and accounting initiatives and serve in interim roles. Katy is also a member of the Addison Group’s DEI Board. Prior to joining BPC, Katy spent 7 years at EY in McLean, VA. She began her career at EY in assurance services, auditing public and private companies. Katy then joined the Finance Operations Improvement consulting practice at EY where she spent 5 years executing large scale strategic initiatives for Financial Service clients. Katy earned her Masters of Accounting from The College of William & Mary and her B.S. in Accounting Control Systems from the University of North Texas. Katy played 4 years of NCAA Division I Soccer at the University of Memphis (2005-2007) and University of North Texas (2007-2009) and is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia.

Katherine joined Progress Partners in 2021 to build out the firm’s sponsor coverage efforts. She plays a vital role in managing relationships with all Progress’ financial buyers and investors, including private equity, growth equity, venture capital, private credit, and family offices. She’s in charge of managing, strengthening, and expanding these relationships across all Progress’ service offerings. Prior to joining Progress Partners, Katherine worked at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH) for nearly a decade where she held several different relationship management roles. Her first role was on the institutional side where she worked with the firm’s asset management clients. She most recently worked in the private bank where she managed investment portfolios for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI). Her client base included founders and private/public company executives who underwent frequent M&A activity. Katherine earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Marketing at Simmons College.

Michael is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of business development experience in public accounting and executive recruiting. He has a strong background in C-level business development working with public entities and institutional investors throughout the country. Michael has spent the last 11 years in a business development role for professional services and has been a leader within the private equity practices. He brings a great deal of experience working within the private equity sector while supporting needs at the fund level and working closely with the portfolio companies.
