Mentorship

Program Overview

Hey dealmakers, are you looking to take your career to the next level? The ACG Mentorship Program can get you there. We match B.C.’s rising stars in the deal-making community with accomplished and respected leaders in a range of fields, including investment banking, legal advisory, commercial banking, private equity and corporate development.

Throughout our one-year program, participants receive ongoing support, learning and opportunities for meaningful relationship building. What’s unique? Our mentees are paired with an industry-leading mentor outside their field of specialization to further their development and broaden their networks.

Mentees and mentors connect virtually or in person every 6 to 8 weeks and participate in events designed to accelerate personal and professional growth. Funded by ACG BC, the program is one of the key ways the organization furthers its mandate of growing the middle market in B.C.; opening doors for participants and facilitating a strong deal-making community.
